This is how ReddyMaekers Amsterdam (KvK 64102475) handles your personal data. We keep it as short as the work allows.

What we collect, why, and for how long

• An order: your name, email address, delivery address and what you ordered. To deliver your order and send you the invoice. The invoice and the order are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
• The contact form: what you write and your email address. To answer you and to prepare a quote. We keep it as long as the conversation or the job lasts, and delete it afterwards unless the law says otherwise.
• "Stay in touch": your email address, only if you ask for it and agree. To tell you about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
• Your browser: your cart and a note that you have seen a message are kept in your own browser (local storage). Nobody else can read it. We use no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Who else handles your data

• Mollie handles the payment. We never see your card or bank details.
• Moneybird makes and sends the invoice.
• Google (Firebase and Gmail) hosts the website and the database where orders and messages are stored, and delivers our email.
• A parcel carrier receives your name and address to deliver the order.

Some of these companies are outside the EU or may process data there. They do so under the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, or hand it to you in a usable form, and you may object to its use. Write to info@reddymaekers.com. We answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
