Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship to: Netherlands (€4.95), Belgium (€7.95), Germany (€7.95).
• We send your order within one week. Every jacket is printed to order.
• We send it to the address you gave at checkout. Please check it.
• Something wrong on arrival (damage, wrong item)? Write to info@reddymaekers.com with a photo. We make it right.

Cancel before we print (free)

Every jacket is printed to order. For 48 hours after your payment you can cancel free of charge: reply to your confirmation email with your order number and we refund you in full. After that moment the print is ordered. The confirmation email tells you the exact time.

No returns after the print is ordered

Every jacket is made by hand, to order, in the size and colour you chose, after you have paid. Because of that, we do not accept returns and the right of withdrawal does not apply once the print is ordered (Dutch Civil Code, article 6:230p, under f: goods made to the consumer's specifications). You are told this before you pay, and you confirm it at checkout.

• Check your size before you order. We make the jacket in the size you ordered. Write to info@reddymaekers.com if you are unsure, before you pay.
• Until the print is ordered (48 hours after your payment) you can cancel for free, as described above.
• Your rights for a defect stay. If the jacket is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, write to us with a photo and we exchange it for the same jacket in the same size, or repair it. If that is not possible, we refund you. Rights that the law gives you and that cannot be set aside stay yours in full.

Custom work

Decor, signing, stage design, lightboxes and interior design are agreed in a written quote. Its own terms apply, including what can and cannot be cancelled.
