2. These terms

These terms apply to every purchase in our webshop at reddymaekers.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Work such as decor, stage design, signing, lightboxes and interior design is not sold in the shop: it is agreed in a written quote, and the terms of that quote apply to it.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay.

Our jackets are standard jackets with our seal printed on the back, made to order. The photos of a plain jacket show the jacket itself. The seal and print are shown in the other photos. Colours on a screen can differ a little from the real thing.

4. Ordering and paying

You pay in advance, online, through Mollie: iDEAL | Wero, cards and the other methods shown at checkout. Your order is concluded when your payment has been received. You receive the invoice by email at the address you gave us.

5. Delivery

We ship to Netherlands (€4.95), Belgium (€7.95), Germany (€7.95). Shipping costs are per order. Your order is sent within one week, because every jacket is printed to order. We send it to the address you gave at checkout, so please check it.

6. Returns

Every jacket is made to order, in the size you chose, after payment. Until 48 hours after your payment you can cancel free of charge, before the print is ordered. After that there are no returns. The details are on the page Shipping and returns. You confirm this at checkout before you pay.

7. Defects and complaints

If something is wrong with your order (a defect, the wrong item, damage in transit), write to us at info@reddymaekers.com as soon as you notice it, with your order number and a photo. We answer within 14 days. We exchange it for the same jacket in the same size, or repair it. If that is not possible, we refund you. Your legal rights as a consumer stay in full.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits what the law gives you as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer rules of that country remain yours.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that was online when you ordered applies to your order.
