How a job goes

1. Request

You send us a request with the type of job, the dates and your budget.

2. Quote

We work out what is needed and send you a written quote. The job starts once you agree to it.

3. Design and build

We start small and improve in short rounds with you. Each round ends with something you can see, and one or two choices for you to make.

4. Delivery and after

We deliver, build up where needed, and stay available for maintenance, changes or the next edition.

Prices and payment

Every job is different, so its price is set in the written quote. Its own terms apply, including what can and cannot be cancelled. You receive an invoice by email.

Shop orders are paid in advance, online, through Mollie. See the terms and shipping & returns.
